Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your EveEco Baby purchase, so if anything isn’t quite right please let us know. 
EveEco Baby does not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind. We will only offer a refund if the product is faulty. 
All claims for returns on faulty products must be lodged within 7 working days from the date of purchase (21 days from the date of original shipping if outside Australia). Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted. Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and our team will contact you. If the manufacturer deems your item/s faulty, then your refund will be processed (please allow 7-10 days processing time). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place and packaging intact. Item/s must not have been used or altered in any way. Sale items will not be accepted for return or exchange. Products that have been used or where ‘Care Instructions’ for that particular product have not been followed will not be refunded. 
If you receive a damaged or faulty item/s, please email us at info@eveecobaby.com.au with photos, your order number, proof of purchase and details of the fault. Our team will then contact you with further information. 
 
EXCHANGE 
We offer exchange on full priced items purchased online within 7 working days from the date of purchase. We do not offer exchange on any discounted items, including any promotional discounts. Please let us know your exchange preference and we can hold the item/s until your return is received providing that it is in stock. If there is a difference in cost, you will be contacted via email.  
In addition, you will be required to pay shipping for the exchange. This will be issued via a PayPal invoice. Please note, $10 flat rate shipping will not apply for exchanges. Instead the customer will be charged at the rate of the individual carrier. 
 
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS 
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as EveEco Baby take no responsibility in tracking your return. 
 
SALE ITEMS 
We do not refund or exchange sale goods. These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. 
Seconds/Sample sale goods may occasionally be available for purchase. These goods will have faults and flaws. When purchasing seconds/sample sale goods, the customer is aware that the goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
