DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA) 

Flat rate domestic shipping $9. 

We are a small family run business, we aim to dispatch your order within 3 business days via Sendle, a 100% carbon neutral parcel delivery service. We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, as Sendle does not ship to these services. If there are no other options for delivery for you, we will send your parcel via Australia Post, however this will result in delays.

Regional parcels may be sent via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking code upon dispatch. Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be delivered. 

 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
We do not offer international shipping at this time. 
 
ORDER PROCESSING 
Your order will be dispatched between 1-3 working days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Please ensure your address and contact details are correct. 
All orders are shipped from EveEco Baby HQ located in Sydney, Australia. 
Please note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars. All prices include GST (AU customers).  
 
PRE-ORDERS  
If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the order will be held until the pre-ordered item/s arrive and then your order will be shipped together. Please let us know if you would like to spilt your order and have the in-stock item/s sent immediately. You will be required to pay any extra shipping fees if we ship item/s separately.
