ORDERS

Minimum order: $150

 

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped via courier and dispatched with 2-4 days from payment Shipping is a flat rate of $25 within Australia and $35 to New Zealand. Should shipping cost us less, we will refund the difference to you.

International orders calculated at checkout. If the calculated international shipping rate is too high, please contact us and we will try and source a cheaper rate. Property of the goods passes to the purchaser after the price of the goods has been paid in full. The risk of the goods passes to the purchaser on dispatch.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your order contains defective stock please contact EveEco Baby within 7 days of receipt. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise after inspection and approval. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

 

PACKAGING

All products must be sold in existing EveEco Baby packaging and must not be removed or altered in any way prior to sale. The packaging contains important safety information as well as information about caring for the item.

PRODUCT PHOTOS

EveEco Baby can provide high resolution photos on request via dropbox for the use on approved stockists websites and/or any social media. Please note that these images remain the sole property of EveEco Baby and we have the final say on the use of images. You may use any of the images from our website. All images taken from or published on Instagram featuring EveEco Baby must include tags @eveeco.baby and #eveecobaby. We take no responsibility for the images you share on social media. We will promote your store via our website and social media.
